The Smile Project
Thank you to all of the community members who participated in our first annual "Smile Project". Your thoughtfulness and generosity helped several community members to receive much needed dental care at no expense. Our office was touched by the overwhelming response and is looking forward to the next "Smile Project".
What is the "Smile Project"?
During the the 2011 holiday season, community members were asked to nominate a deserving friend and/or family member for complementary dental care. Originally our office planned to select only one of the nominees, but were so compelled by the unexpected number of responses we picked several instead. Our team has already begun working with our new patients and will complete several complimentary treatment plans throughout the year.
We also plan on incorporating several smaller "Smile Projects" throughout the year, all of which include voluntary dental care and education in the community.
Will there be another "Smile Project"?
Yes! Smile Projects vary in size, and will include a number of voluntary events throughout the year. In addition to our request for nominees during last year's holiday season our office will be participating in "Give Kids a Smile" day, local fields trips, and more!
